Your satisfaction is our top priority! If there is any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days and we will gladly make arrangements with you for repair, replacement or refund.
Personalised Jewellery including "Special Orders": Custom made orders are made especially for you and cannot be resold to anyone else. We therefore do not accept returns on custom made or personalized items. Once an order is placed it may not be cancelled. If however, we have made an error on your order, we will replace the item at no charge to you
We cannot be held responsible for the following;
(1) defects that relate to accidental damage, neglect or misuse,
(2) defects resulting from normal wear and tear or lack of proper care and cleaning.
(3) damage caused by perfume, hairspray, chlorine, salt water or other agents.
(4) where a product has been repaired or modified by someone other than ourselves.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items need to be returned within 7 business days. Cost of return postage is to be met by the customer, unless the order was damaged or faulty, in which case we will reimburse you with the cost of return postage on receipt of the returned order.

HOW do customers return items?
All returns must be sent via registered post as this provides proof of lodgement and proof of delivery. Items must be sent within 7 business days.
SHIPPING for returns?
If your order is being returned because the item was faulty, damaged or not as described, we will reimburse you for the original shipping cost. If however you have simply had a change of mind, the return shipping cost is to be met by the customer.
CREDIT for returns?
The customer has the option of a full refund, exchange, or we can issue
customer with a credit note.
Retuns need to be returned with orginal packaging.
